STORY
I grew up in a household with a single mother and two sisters. As the only boy, I developed a sense of independence and often spent my time exploring the forests and creeks nearby. Although I always had an interest in drawing, I didn't excel at it. However, my fascination with art grew when I witnessed my uncle drawing cartoon characters. This experience inspired me to create my own characters and stories. I developed a strong passion for art, and my mother ensured that I had all the necessary supplies. Art became my primary hobby as I grew up, until around the age of twelve when my mother brought home a desktop computer. This opened up a whole new world for me. I was amazed by the possibilities of learning anything I wanted with just a few clicks. Through free art programs, I discovered that I could translate my characters and stories into the digital realm. I even tried my hand at creating a game using Blender 3D, which had a visual scripting feature that didn't require coding. I spent a lot of time exploring this, bringing my artwork to life through 3D and drawing programs. I made a significant move from my family home to a small town. I even tried my hand at creating a game using Blender 3D, which had a visual scripting feature that didn't require coding. I spent a lot of time exploring this, bringing my artwork to life through 3D and drawing programs. I made a significant move from my family home to a small town. In this town, there was a strong sense of community, which led me to prioritize spending time with friends over pursuing art and using computers. I lived with friends and their families until I graduated high school, at which point I decided to enlist in the military. After completing my military service, I found myself uncertain about my future. I experimented with various paths before ultimately deciding to enroll in college to pursue further education in a field that genuinely interested me: computers. I chose a program for software development but soon discovered that the initial semesters focused on general education courses rather than immediate programming. During this period, a friend of mine approached me for assistance in designing a patch for my former military unit. This rekindled my interest in art, and I realized how much I had missed it. Drawing became a fun hobby once again, and I became deeply engrossed in it. This same friend knew about my fascination with computers, which led us to discuss NFTs. Intrigued by the concept, I decided to create some NFTs featuring my characters, purely for enjoyment. This led me to embark on my first illustrative project called Tezumies. Since the Tezos community predominantly focuses on generative art, I delved into it and discovered that I could learn programming while creating artwork, thereby merging my two passions. I started learning programming through YouTube tutorials and continue to enhance my newfound passion every day.
