I’m Burcin IO. I’m a multidisciplinary artist. I was born in Istanbul in 1984. As a changing and growing country with its amazing nature and cultures, Turkey, has been always a beautiful place for me to observe, discover and learn… As a self-taught creative; I have started my career as jr. creative in fashion and tv industries. During these years; i got my first DSLR camera and began to document the events and express my creativity by photography. I ‘ve been performed in various creative jobs for tv talent shows, circus, dance competitions, fashion shows, concerts with the studios i worked for. In following years I became a creative director for several brands, consultant and mentor for designers, entrepreneur, tv script writer, project designer in philanthropic area… Even I still do most of these jobs today with a great passion, the place of art in my life deserves an exclusive explanation. Since early years of my career, I create art with such an enormous excite, I’m sure I can say art making is the ultimate freedom.
